Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 14 day refund period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund:
- You must submit your request within 14 days of the purchase date
- Course materials must not have been accessed or completed
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Refund requests received outside the 14 day window will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply.
2. Digital Course Access
Because our courses are delivered digitally, access to materials may limit refund eligibility. Once substantial content has been accessed or downloaded, we reserve the right to deny refunds.
3. In-Person Training
Courses that include in person training may follow different cancellation timelines. These will be clearly stated in the course information section.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at our contact form. Include your full name, course title, date of purchase, and reason for your request.
Approved refunds will be returned via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if:
- Course access has been used beyond the introductory modules
- Course content was delivered via downloadable material
- You fail to provide sufficient details to verify your purchase
